I uploaded some pictures on FB and no one could see my armor that I worked so hard on! Here's a grainy phone one. This is the best I can do, since all my armor pieces are long gone.

ReplyDeleteHow did you make the spikes/armor?
ReplyDeleteI bought some craft foam at Dollar Tree and cut out rectangles with round edges. Then I ran the foam pieces lightly over the stove (not too close) until they started to wilt a little.
DeleteAfter heating up the foam, I formed the pieces to my shoulders and wrist. I covered them in duct tape.
Then I made spikes and put duct tape over the spikes and around the wrist and shoulder pieces. I'll do a tutorial.
